These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to www.suzannefoxantiques.com. The storefront name is Suzanne Fox — Antique-Style Brass Decor. The seller is SUZANNE FOX ANTIQUES LLC (“we,” “us”). The site is powered by Shopify. Purchases are with us, not with Shopify.

By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are / what we sell

We sell newly manufactured décor with an antique-style brass finish. We are not an antiques dealer. Goods are not certified vintage, estate, or period. “Antique-style” means the look of the finish. Orders are packed by a fulfillment partner and shipped to US addresses. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days after payment. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Account and orders

You must be the age of majority where you live. Information you give at checkout must be accurate. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment must clear before we accept. Cancellations after acceptance follow our Refund policy.

3. Prices

Prices are as shown at checkout. Unless stated, they may not include tax. Free standard shipping applies to US orders as described in our Shipping policy. No international checkout.

4. Shipping, title, and risk

We are not liable for carrier delays. When the carrier scans the package, risk of loss passes to you, except where the law says otherwise. Lost or damaged shipments: see the Shipping policy (7 days to contact us).

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are only as stated in our Refund policy (30 days unused; 7 days for damage, defect, or wrong item).

6. Intellectual property

Site content and product photos made for this shop are owned by SUZANNE FOX ANTIQUES LLC or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial viewing only. Do not copy photos to resell similar goods. Shopify’s marks belong to Shopify.

7. Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify, which lets us provide the site. Sales are directly with SUZANNE FOX ANTIQUES LLC. Shopify is not responsible for products you buy from us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from those purchases, to the extent the law allows.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and, for platform hosting, Shopify’s privacy policy.

9. Errors

We may correct listing, price, or shipping errors and cancel an order if needed, and will try to email you.

10. Disclaimers and limits

Except where the law requires otherwise, the site and products are provided as-is. We do not warrant that a piece is an antique, solid investment brass, or identical to the photo. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

Oregon, United States, and the federal and state courts serving that location, except where a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
