Guarantee
We sell newly manufactured décor with an antique-style brass finish. We guarantee the item you receive matches that description: new, the listed type (figurine, bookend, tray, or pair), and the listed size range.
We do not guarantee
- That the piece is an antique or has age
- That the metal is solid investment brass or bronze
- That the patina matches the photo exactly
- That the piece is a named designer object
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong listing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it.
Normal variation in cast metal (small seams, slightly different darkness of finish) is not a defect.
