Refund policy
30-day return for unused items
You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery if:
- It is in the same condition you received it
- It is unused and undamaged by you
- It is in the original packaging
Email info@suzannefoxantiques.com with your order number and why you are returning it. We will send return instructions. Do not mail a return without that email.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item. Use a trackable service. We are not responsible for a return that is lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check the return.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund it, including return shipping if we ask you to send it back.
We do not take returns on:
- Items damaged after delivery by mishandling
- Custom requests (we do not currently sell custom engraving)
