We ship newly manufactured décor to US addresses.
Processing
After you pay, we send the order to our fulfillment partner. We do not cut, cast, or pack every item in Salem by the next morning. Allow time for the partner to pick and hand the package to a carrier.
Delivery time
Typical US delivery is 7–14 business days after payment. Carrier delays can add time. We email tracking when a scan exists.
We do not advertise 1–2 day processing plus 5–9 day UPS/FedEx unless that is how a specific order actually moves. If a listing ever says a faster window, the listing is wrong — use this page.
Rates
Free standard shipping on US orders. We do not offer international checkout.
Address
Enter a complete US shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you typed incorrectly.
Lost or damaged in transit
Email info@suzannefoxantiques.com within 7 days of the delivery scan (or the expected delivery date if it never arrives). Include the order number and photos of the box and item if it arrived damaged.
